Terms of service

The agreement between your company and CATCH20Two. It is short because the product is one plan with one price and no fine print worth hiding.

The short version

  • You own your data. Export it whenever you like, including after you stop paying.
  • Cancel any time. No notice period, no exit fee, no phone call.
  • We will not lock you out of your own records. An unpaid workspace goes read-only; it is not deleted and export keeps working.

1. Who this is between

“CATCH20Two”, “we” is the operator of this service. “You” is the company whose workspace it is. Whoever accepts these terms confirms they may do so on that company’s behalf.

2. What the service is

A hosted tool for recording the equipment your company owns, who holds it, where it is and when its warranty ends. We may change how it works, and we will not remove something you depend on without telling the workspace contact first.

3. Your account

Sign-in is through Google or Microsoft, so account security is largely theirs and yours. You are responsible for who you invite and for what they do.

Roles are admin and member. A member can see and export everything and change nothing. One account is the owner: it cannot be removed or demoted, it alone can delete the workspace, and it can be handed to somebody else. Keep at least one admin who still works at your company.

4. Your data

It is yours. We store and process it to run the service and for nothing else. We do not sell it, share it, or use it to train anything. Privacy has the detail.

Export is a right, not a feature. CSV export works during the trial, while you are paying, and after you stop.

You are responsible for what you put in, in particular for having a lawful basis to hold your colleagues’ names and email addresses, which you almost certainly do, because you employ them and this is their work equipment.

5. Trial, payment and what happens if you stop

  • 14 days, everything included, no card. We do not ask for payment details to start.
  • One plan. $39 a month or $390 a year. Annual is two months free. Prices exclude tax where tax applies.
  • No limit on people or assets. Past a couple of hundred employees we will want a conversation at renewal, because the shape of the problem changes. Nothing stops working while we have it.
  • Payment is taken by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. They are the seller of record and their receipt is your invoice.
  • Cancel any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-periods, and we will not argue about a genuine mistake.
  • If a trial ends or a payment fails, the workspace becomes read-only. Everything is still visible, still exportable, and still there when you come back.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use CATCH20Two to break the law, and do not:

  • try to reach another company’s workspace, or test whether you can
  • resell the service or run it as your own product
  • load it in a way designed to degrade it for other customers

We may suspend a workspace doing any of these. Where we can, we will tell you first; where the damage is ongoing, we will tell you immediately afterwards.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service up and we do not promise a specific uptime figure. There is no SLA on the standard plan, and a page claiming one we could not measure would be worth less than this sentence.

8. Ending it

You can stop at any time from Settings; the owner can delete the workspace outright, which removes its records. Export first, because we cannot undo it.

We may end this agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a breach of section 6. If we shut the service down, we will give you at least 60 days and your export will work throughout.

9. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

CATCH20Two is a record of what you told it. It is not an insurance policy, an audit opinion, or a substitute for your own controls.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change them in a way that matters, we will email the workspace contact at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance; if you would rather not, cancel and export.
