- Can we pay yearly?
- Yes. $390 a year instead of $39 a month, which is 2 months free. Both are on the same plan with the same features, and nothing on this page pushes you toward either one.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes, 14 days with every feature and no credit card. Nothing is gated during it.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- The workspace becomes read-only. You can still see everything and export all of it. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked away.
- Is there a free plan?
- No. A half-maintained asset register is worse than no register, because it is confidently wrong, somebody checks it, sees the laptop assigned to a colleague, and does not check the cupboard.
- Do you charge per asset or per user?
- Neither. Per-asset pricing charges you for being thorough and per-seat pricing charges you for including people. One price covers both.
- Is there a limit on how many people or assets we track?
- No. Assets, the employees you track them against, and the teammates who can sign in are all unlimited on the one plan. Per-asset pricing charges you for being thorough and per-seat pricing charges you for including people; we do neither.
- Can we get our data out?
- Every asset, person and event exports to CSV at any time, including during the trial and after it ends.
